Anti-aging asphalt concrete anti-stripping agent and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses an anti-aging asphalt concrete anti-stripping agent and a preparation method thereof. The asphalt concrete anti-stripping agent is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 15 to 55 parts of rosin, 10 to 20 parts of phosphate modified organic silicon, 15 to 50 parts of polyethylene glycol, 3 to 18 parts of alkali and 0.05 to 0.5 part of catalyst. The preparation method comprises the following steps: successively adding the rosin and the phosphate modified organic silicon into a reaction kettle for condensation reaction, then adding the catalyst and the polyethylene glycol for esterification reaction, adding the alkali for neutralization reaction, and cooling the product to obtain paste, thereby obtaining the asphalt concrete anti-stripping agent finished product. The product is pasty at normal temperature, has obvious ultraviolet aging resistance, can significantly enhance the adhesiveness of asphalt and acidic aggregate, improves the water stability and thermal stability of asphalt concrete, and can be applied to construction of acidic aggregate of impermeable panels of pumped storage power stations.
本发明公开一种抗老化沥青混凝土抗剥落剂及其制备方法,该沥青混凝土抗剥落剂以质量分数计包括以下原材料:15份~55份的松香、10份~20份的磷酸酯改性有机硅、15份~50份的聚乙二醇、3份~18份的碱、0.05份~0.5份的催化剂。制备方法为:将松香、磷酸酯改性有机硅先后投入反应釜进行缩合反应,然后加入催化剂、聚乙二醇进行酯化反应、加入碱进行中和反应,产物冷却后呈膏状,得沥青混凝土抗剥落剂成品。该产品常温下为膏状,具有明显的抗紫外老化性能,可显著增强沥青与酸性骨料的黏附性,提高沥青混凝土的水稳定性及热稳定性,可应用于抽水蓄能电站防渗面板酸性骨料施工中。
