Foaming agent for preparing inorganic curing material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a foaming agent for preparing an inorganic curing material, which belongs to the technical field of mine fire prevention and extinguishing. The foaming agent is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 200-400 parts of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate, 1-10 parts of xanthan gum, 1-6 parts of sodium benzoate, 5-20 parts of calcium formate and 200-600 parts of water. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing a mixed solution according to the parts by weight, pouring the mixed solution into a high-pressure tank through a mixed solution inlet, and closing a valve of the inlet and an outlet valve of a mixer; and opening an electric air pump connected with the high-pressure tank, and when the pressure reaches acertain value, opening the outlet valve of the mixer, and enabling the foaming agent to flow through a liquid path and the mixer and be sprayed out from a foam outlet. The foaming agent prepared by the invention has the advantages of good biodegradability, high liquid film elasticity and surface viscosity, low surface tension, high stability, high foaming multiple and the like, and can be used forproducing an inorganic foaming material, so that the foaming agent is used for fire control and filling of a coal mine goaf.
本发明公开一种用于制作无机固化材料的泡沫剂，属于矿井防灭火技术领域，该泡沫剂是由下述重量份配比的原料制成：脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠200～400份，黄原胶1～10份，苯甲酸钠1～6份，甲酸钙5～20份，水200～600份。制备方法如下：按上述重量份配比配制好混合液，将混合液通过混合液入口装入高压罐中，关闭入口阀门和混合器出口阀门；打开与高压罐相连的电动空气泵，当压力达到一定数值后，打开混合器出口阀门，泡沫剂流经液路和混合器，从泡沫出口喷出。本发明制备的泡沫剂具有生物降解性好、液膜弹性和表面粘度高、表面张力低、稳定性高、发泡倍数高等优点，可用于生产无机发泡材料，从而用于煤矿采空区火灾治理和充填。
