The invention provides a high-strength mineral inorganic foaming filling material which is mainly applied to reinforcement of coal mine scattered rock mass and filling of roadway holes so as to ensure the safety of mineral product operation. The material is prepared by mixing the following raw materials in parts by weight: 15-30 parts of cement, 25-40 parts of fly ash, 25-35 parts of silica fume, 3-10 parts of a foaming agent, 0.01-02 part of carbon nanotubes and 0.01-0.6 part of a surfactant. The addition of the one-dimensional material carbon nanotubes in the material can promote the formation of ettringite microcrystals, so that the filling material is more compact, and therefore, the compressive strength, flexural strength and toughness of the foamed and cured material can be greatly enhanced; and the material has a wide application range. Meanwhile, the invention further provides a preparation method of the high-strength mineral inorganic foaming filling material.
本发明提供一种高强度矿用无机发泡充填材料,主要应用于煤矿散碎岩体加固和巷道孔洞充填,以保证矿产作业安全。材料由以下重量份的原料混合而成:水泥15~30重量份,粉煤灰25~40重量份,微硅粉25~35重量份,发泡剂3~10重量份,碳纳米管0.01~0.2重量份,表面活性剂0.01~0.6重量份。本发明所述材料中一维材料碳纳米管的加入,可以促进钙矾石微晶的形成,使充填材料更加致密化,进而极大增强材料发泡固化后的抗压强度、抗折强度和韧性,具有广阔应用空间。同时,本发明还提供了上述高强度矿用无机发泡充填材料的制备方法。
