The invention discloses shrinkage-reducing anti-crack concrete doped with fibers and SAP and a preparation method thereof. The concrete comprises water, cement, fly ash, basalt fibers, polypropylene fibers, SAP, gravels, sand and a water reducing agent. The concrete is prepared by uniformly mixing water, cement, fly ash, basalt fibers, polypropylene fibers, SAP, gravels, sand and the water reducing agent according to a mass ratio of (175-184): (300-450): (50-80): (2800-3200): (700-800): (0.57-1.30): (988-1084): (745-798): (4.55-4.78). A three-dimensional network structure formed by the fiberscan support aggregate, the concrete is more uniform, due to the doping of the fibers and the SAP, the crack initiation time can be delayed, the number, the width, the total length and the total cracking area in unit area of cracks are reduced, the release of the internal curing water stored in the SAP promotes the continuous hydration of the unhydrated cement in the concrete, and the generated calcium carbonate and ettringite fill the micro-cracks, thereby realizing the self-healing of the concrete micro-cracks, effectively controlling the number and width of the early shrinkage cracks, enhancing the early strength and durability of the concrete, and lowering the development speed of the micro-cracks.
