Anti-crack concrete with low shrinkage rate and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to concrete, in particular to low-shrinkage anti-crack concrete and a preparation method thereof. The low-shrinkage anti-crack concrete comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100-150 parts of water, 80-120 parts of cement, 50-90 parts of silica sand, 40-80 parts of fly ash, 50-80 parts of limestone, 20-40 parts of reinforced fibers and 5-8 parts of a water reducing agent. The reinforced fibers comprise modified basalt fibers; the preparation method of the modified basalt fiber comprises the following steps: 1) dipping basalt fiber in an acid solution, taking out the basalt fiber, washing the basalt fiber to be neutral, and drying the basalt fiber to obtain pretreated fiber; 2, a rare earth solution is taken, the pretreated fibers prepared in the step 1 are placed in the rare earth solution to be soaked for 2-3 h and then taken out to be dried, and the low-shrinkage-rate anti-cracking concrete is obtained.The low-shrinkage-rate anti-cracking concrete has the advantage that the anti-cracking performance of the low-shrinkage-rate anti-cracking concrete is improved.
