Novel porous oxide ceramic and preparation method
The invention discloses a novel porous oxide ceramic. A formula for the novel porous oxide ceramic comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 41 to 48% of nickel oxide, 27 to 34% ofyttrium-stabilized zirconia and 25% of a pore-forming agent, namely graphite powder. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the novel porous oxide ceramic. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S101, adding a dispersing agent, namely polyacrylic acid into ultrafine mixed powder of the nickel oxide and the yttrium-stabilized zirconia, and carrying out ball milling in aball mill for 8-10 hours; S102, adding the pore-forming agent graphite powder, carrying out ball milling for 10 hours, then adding an adhesive, namely polyvinyl alcohol and a plasticizer, namely polyethylene glycol, and carrying out ball milling for 12 hours; and S103, granulating slurry obtained in the step S102 through centrifugal granulation and drying equipment, and carrying out sintering after isostatic cool pressing to obtain the novel porous oxide ceramic. By changing the ceramic formula, the produced novel porous oxide ceramic is endowed with more properties, the effects of structuralsupport and a carrier are achieved, the porous ceramic material is endowed with a catalytic effect, and the service life of the produced novel porous oxide ceramic is prolonged.
本发明公开了一种新型多孔氧化物陶瓷,包括如下质量百分比的原料配方:41~48%的氧化镍,27~34%的钇稳定氧化锆,25%的造孔剂石墨粉末,本发明还公开了一种新型多孔氧化物陶瓷的制备方法,步骤如下:S101:先将氧化镍和钇稳定氧化锆超细混合粉料、加入分散剂聚丙烯酸在球磨机进行球磨8~10h;S102:加入造孔剂石墨粉球磨10h,然后加入黏结剂聚乙烯醇、塑化剂聚乙二醇进行球磨12h;S103:步骤S102的浆料经过离心造粒干燥设备进行造粒后,冷等静压后烧结,得到新型多孔氧化物陶瓷。本发明通过陶瓷配方的改变从而赋予产品更多的性能,不仅起到结构支撑和载体的作用,也赋予多孔陶瓷材料本身有催化的作用,延长产品寿命。
