The invention relates to a silicon nitride-resin bicontinuous phase composite ceramic material, and a manufacturing method and an application thereof. Specifically, the invention relates to a method for manufacturing the silicon nitride-resin bicontinuous phase composite ceramic material. The method comprises the steps of molding, high-temperature sintering, surface treatment, permeation treatmentand resin compounding. The invention also relates to the silicon nitride-resin bicontinuous phase composite ceramic material prepared by using the method provided by the invention, and the application of the composite ceramic material in manufacturing of repairing materials for hard tissues like a dental body. The method disclosed by the invention has the advantages of simple process, easiness inoperation and the like; and the composite ceramic material prepared by using the method provided by the invention has the advantages of high strength, good machinability, elasticity modulus and hardness similar to the elasticity modulus and hardness of the dental body and the like, is specifically applicable to being used as a dental body repairing material, for example, for manufacturing dentalcrowns, veneers, inlays and high inlays, and can also be used for repairing the hard tissues.
