The invention discloses a steel pipe arch flange plate stiffening plate, a flange plate and a mounting method. The flange plate stiffening plate comprises a stiffening plate body, wherein the stiffening plate body comprises a first connecting surface and a second connecting surface, the first connecting surface is used for being welded to an inner wall of an arch rib steel pipe, the second connecting surface is used for being connected with a flange ring of a flange plate, and grooves are formed in two sides in the length direction of the first connecting surface respectively. The steel pipe arch flange stiffening plate is advantaged in that a contact part of the flange plate stiffening plate and a main arch ring generally does not exceed 500mm, the space distortion is converted into the welding seam gap difference which is less than 1mm and is very small, so the change caused by space distortion of the steel pipe arch bridge can be counteracted by arranging the grooves on the flange plate stiffening plate and performing single-side welding and reverse-side back gouging penetration welding on the flange plate stiffening plate, the flange plate can be manufactured into a standard part, machining difficulty and inspection and acceptance difficulty are reduced, part and component management in the machining process is facilitated, mixed use of the flange plate in the constructionprocess is avoided, workloads are reduced, and a construction period and cost are saved.
