PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flange cure plate for preventing loss of disassembly or cure tape for equipment or piping or erroneous selection of a gasket in a regular inspection work performed at a petrochemical complex.SOLUTION: A flange cure plate 1 that is manufactured by coinciding a transparent plastic sheet under its standards for flange and has both standards and sizes written has a structure in which more than two bolt holes are set such that a bolt cannot be passed there and no work can be carried out unless the cure plate is removed. In order to prevent erroneous selection of a gasket, both sizes and standards are indicated together. In order to confirm a difference between JIS standards and JPI standards related to the device by visual inspection, the cure plate is identified by colors. Making the flange cure plate 1 transparent enables confirmation about the flange sheet surface and the inside part to be confirmed without removing the flange cure plate 1.
【課題】石油化学コンビナートの工場の定期検査工事に於いて、機器、配管を養生したテープの取外し忘れやガスケットの選定ミスを防止するフランジ養生プレートを提供する。【解決手段】透明プラスティックシートをフランジ規格に合せて製作し、規格と寸法を併記したフランジ養生プレート１は、ボルト穴を２箇所以上は必ずボルトが入らない構造として、フランジ養生プレートを取外さないと工事が出来ない構造とする。ガスケットの選定ミスを防止するために、寸法と規格を併記する。機器廻りにあるＪＩＳ規格とＪＰＩ規格の違いを目視で確認するため、養生プレートを色分けする。フランジ養生プレート１を透明にすることにより、フランジ養生プレート１を取外ししなくとも、フランジシート面及び内部の確認が出来る構成とした。【選択図】図１
