The invention discloses a pile column type pier assembling structure. The structure comprises a pile foundation, prefabricated pier columns and a prefabricated cover beam which are connected in sequence, wherein first embedded steel bars are arranged at the top of the pile foundation, grouting sleeves are arranged at bottoms of the prefabricated pier columns, the first embedded steel bars extend into the grouting sleeves, second embedded steel bars are arranged at the tops of the prefabricated pier columns, corrugated pipes are arranged in prefabricated bent caps, the second embedded steel bars extend into the corrugated pipes, the positions between the first embedded steel bars and the grouting sleeves are filled with first slurry structural layers, and the positions between the second embedded steel bars and the corrugated pipes are filled with second slurry structural layers. The structure is advantaged in that all components are standard in size and prefabricated in factories, theconstruction progress is accelerated, the prefabricating quality and the mounting quality are controllable, the prefabricated pier columns are reliably connected with the pile foundation and the prefabricated bent caps, and positioning is easy. The invention further provides a construction method of the pile column type pier assembly structure, on-site welding is not needed, the on-site pouring workload is greatly reduced, the construction progress is accelerated, and the occupied area is small.
