The straining beam is mounted at the top end of the pile foundation, and a straining beam built-in steel pipe and a straining beam reserved steel bar are pre-buried in the straining beam; a column body built-in steel pipe is pre-buried in the center of the pier column, and the tie beam built-in steel pipe extends into the bottom of the column body built-in steel pipe; a grouting sleeve is mounted at the bottom of the pier column; and the tie beam reserved steel bar extends into the grouting sleeve. UHPC is used at the part, mainly scoured and corroded by seawater, of the bridge pier, damage of seawater to the bridge pier can be reduced, and the durability of the bridge pier is improved; and meanwhile, connection between the pile foundation and the bridge pier is enhanced by adopting grouting sleeve connection and steel pipe nesting connection, so that the safety of the bridge is ensured.
本发明公开一种采用内置钢管的复合桩柱式桥墩结构与施工方法,涉及桥梁建设技术领域,包括桩基,包括桩基钢筋,桩基钢筋顶端通过钢筋接头与首段预制钢筋笼相连接;首段预制钢筋笼通过混凝土与UHPC壳浇筑形成;UHPC壳底端预制成锥形,且UHPC壳底端外包有锥形钢板;系梁安装于桩基顶端,系梁内预埋有系梁内置钢管和系梁预留钢筋;墩柱中心预埋有柱身内置钢管,且系梁内置钢管伸入柱身内置钢管底部;墩柱柱底安装有灌浆套管;系梁预留钢筋伸入灌浆套管内。本发明在桥墩主要受海水冲刷和腐蚀的部位使用UHPC,可减轻海水对桥墩的损害,提高桥墩的耐久性;同时采用灌浆套筒连接和钢管嵌套连接的方式加强桩基与桥墩的连接,确保桥梁的安全性。
