Highway bridge expansion joint reinforcing method
The invention discloses a highway bridge expansion joint reinforcing method. The method comprises steps that firstly, trimming an end surface of a bridge to be an inclined surface; 2, trimming a sinking table positioned at a top end of the bridge above the end surface of the bridge; 3, adhering and fixing a first fixing plate and a second fixing plate which are matched with the sinking table and the inclined surface to a top end and the inclined surface of the sinking table, and arranging a first reinforcing plate at a bottom end of an expansion joint; 4, arranging a first supporting plate perpendicular to the first reinforcing plate in the middle of the expansion joint; 5, arranging a first air cylinder and a second air cylinder between two sides of the first supporting plate and the inclined surface, and placing a stress monitoring module at the contact position with the inclined surface; 6, symmetrically connecting a top end of the first supporting plate to the second supporting plate of the inclined surface; and 7, buckling a top end of the first supporting plate with a second reinforcing plate. The method is advantaged in that a reinforcing mode is simple, an expansion joint reinforcing structure can be integrally grasped, a traffic safety problem caused by beam end drooping is avoided, and stability of expansion joint reinforcing is greatly guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种公路桥梁伸缩缝加固方法,包括以下步骤:步骤一、修整桥梁端面为斜面;步骤二、桥梁端面上方修整出位于桥梁顶端的沉台;步骤三、沉台的顶端以及斜面粘接并固定与沉台以及斜面适配的第一固定板和第二固定板,而后在伸缩缝的底端设置第一加固板;步骤四、伸缩缝中部设置垂直第一加固板的第一支撑板;步骤五、第一支撑板的两侧与斜面之间设置第一气缸和第二气缸,并在与斜面的接触处安放应力监测模块;步骤六、在第一支撑板的顶端对称连接至斜面的第二支撑板;步骤七、第一支撑板的顶端扣合第二加固板。本发明加固方式简单,有利于整体把握伸缩缝加固结构,避免梁端下垂导致的行车安全问题,极大的保证了伸缩缝加固的稳定性。
