The invention discloses a highway expansion joint rapid cleaning and reinforcing method. The method comprises the following steps of 1, arranging grooves; 2, arranging an elastic connecting plate at abottom end of an expansion joint; 3, oppositely arranging a first vertical plate and a second vertical plate in the expansion joint; arranging an arc-shaped plate between the first vertical plate andthe second vertical plate; 4, inserting the first supporting plate and the second supporting plate into the opposite grooves correspondingly and connecting with the first vertical plate and the second vertical plate correspondingly; installing an elastic supporting plate between the first supporting plate and the second supporting plate; 5, trimming a sinking table, laying a pressing plate, and fixing a fixing piece and connecting with the pressing plate, a road and the first supporting plate/second supporting plate; laying a magnetic cover plate; and 6, symmetrically arranging movable push plates at the two ends of the magnetic cover plate, and arranging dust suction systems at the upper ends of the movable push plates, wherein movement of the movable push plates and the dust suction systems are controlled by a control system. Highway expansion joint cleaning efficiency is greatly improved, and a reinforcing effect is stable and reliable.
