Shoe threading construction method for micro steel tube support pile
The invention discloses a shoe threading construction method for a micro steel tube support pile and relates to the technical field of anti-skid supporting construction of an excavation slope of a deep foundation pit of roadbed construction. According to the shoe threading construction method for the micro steel tube support pile, a high power generation unit, a formed hole, a first micro steel tube support pile, a special pipe shoe and a hammering device rod piece are included. By using a customized special pipe shoe device, efficient construction of the anti-skid micro steel tube support pile of the deep foundation pit is achieved. The method comprises the following steps of first, processing and manufacturing the micro steel tube support pile according to a design drawing; meanwhile, processing and manufacturing the special tube shoe; then after the micro steel tube support pile and the special tube shoe approach, carrying out approaching of the high power generation unit and a drytype down-the-hole drill for drilling construction to finish the formed hole; then connecting the special tube shoe to the bottom of the first pile, and carrying out hammering by using a bar frame hammering device; finally, hammering and submerging a second pile; and carrying out repeated operation to construct subsequently connected micro steel tube support pile to a design length according to the method.
