The invention relates to a confined water precipitation well sealing device and a construction method. The device comprises a steel pipe well pool, a water stop ring welded to the wall of the steel pipe well pool, an air bag positioned on the lower part of the water stop ring in a well and a valve capable of locking air in the air bag, wherein the air bag is inflated through an air inlet pipe andis tightly attached to the well wall to fully seal the well pool; and concrete submerging the water stop ring is poured into the upper part of the air bag, and the surface of the concrete is coated with water stop paint. According to confined water precipitation well sealing achieved through the scheme, the air bag is adopted for sealing, the well sealing period can be shortened, cost is reduced,the number of working procedures is reduced, and the defects of an existing confined water precipitation well sealing technology are overcome.
本发明涉及一种承压水降水井封井装置及施工方法,所述装置包括:钢管井池,焊接在钢管井池壁上的止水环,位于井内止水环下部的气囊,该气囊通过进气管被充气并紧贴井壁,充分封堵井池,以及能将气囊内的气体锁定的阀门;气囊上部灌注有没过止水环的混凝土,混凝土表面涂刷有止水涂料。通过本方案所实现的承压水降水井封井,采用气囊封堵,可缩短封井周期,降低成本,减少工序,克服现有的承压水降水井封堵技术的不足。
