The manhole cover comprises a body, protective supporting plates and fences, wherein a plurality of evenly distributedthrough holes are formed in the body; the through holes and the protective supporting plates are rectangular, the protective supporting plates are installed on the lower surface of the body and directly below the through holes in the body, and cover the through holes, one end of each protective supporting plate is fixed on an inner wall of one end of the corresponding through hole, the other endsof the protective support plates are inclined downwards, and the included angle between each protective support plate and the horizontal plane is not larger than 30 degrees; the fences are arranged on the peripheries of the protective support plates; the protective support plates are installed at the through holes by the fences; and the fences are all vertically placed, and the gap between the fences is 5-30 mm.
