Unidirectional prestress post-tensioning connection method for precast column joint connection
The invention relates to the field of prefabricated building joint connection of civil engineering discipline, and specifically discloses a unidirectional prestress post-tensioning connection method for precast column joint connection. The unidirectional prestress post-tensioning connection method includes the following steps of (1) prefabrication of prestressed slabs; (2) hoisting of the prestressed slabs; (3) binding and fixing of a horizontal reinforcement cage; (4) installation of post-buried bellows and post-connected bellows; and (5) installation and connection of a clamping hoop; (6) pouring and maintenance of concrete; and (7) tensioning of prestress. According to the unidirectional prestress post-tensioning connection method, the four prestressed slabs and precast columns are connected into a whole, stiffness of joints of the prestressed slabs and the precast columns is improved, overall stability and seismic performance of buildings are improved, the adjacent prestressed slabs transfer shear force to each other, vertical deformation between the adjacent prestressed slabs is coordinated, a reliable joint connection technology is provided for application of the prestressedslabs to high-rise prefabricated buildings, and popularization and application of the prestressed slabs are advantageous.
本发明涉及土木工程学科的装配式建筑节点连接领域,具体公开了一种用于预制柱节点连接的单向型应力后张式连接方法,包括如下步骤:(1)预应力板的预制;(2)预应力板的吊装;(3)水平钢筋笼的绑扎固定;(4)后埋波纹管与后接波纹管的安装;(5)卡箍的安装与连接;(6)混凝土的浇筑与养护;(7)预应力的张拉。本发明将四块预应力板和预制柱连接为一个整体,提高了预应力板与预制柱连接节点处的刚度,提高了建筑物整体的稳定性和抗震性能,并可使相邻预应力板之间相互传递剪力,协调相邻预应力板之间的垂直变形,为预应力板在高层装配式建筑中的应用提供一种可靠的节点连接技术,有利于预应力板的推广和应用。
