The embodiment of the invention provides a paving device. The paving device comprises a movable chassis, a robot, a sensor and a controller; the robot comprises a machine body, a mechanical arm, a clamp and a leveling mechanism, the machine body is arranged on the movable chassis and provided with a storage bin used for storing fluid, the mechanical arm is arranged on the machine body, the clamp is arranged at the tail end of the mechanical arm, the clamp clamps the leveling mechanism, and the leveling mechanism is used for leveling the fluid; the sensor is arranged on the clamp and is used for acquiring boundary information of a predetermined fluid laying surface; and the controller controls the clamp to perform posture adjustment according to the boundary information, so that the leveling mechanism performs leveling operation on the fluid. A mortar laying robot with the paving device is further provided. Compared with the prior art, the paving device and the mortar laying robot can be used for paving in an integral horizontal elevation, so that the integral levelness of paving and the height difference of the fluid (mortar layer) are ensured.
本申请实施例提供一种摊铺装置,包括移动底盘、机器人、传感器以及控制器;机器人包括机身、机械臂、夹具以及整平机构,机身设置于移动底盘并具有用于储存流质体的储料仓,机械臂设置于机身,夹具设置于机械臂的末端,夹具夹持整平机构,整平机构用于对流质体进行整平;传感器设置于夹具用于获取预定的流质体铺设面的边界信息;控制器根据边界信息,控制夹具进行姿态调整,使整平机构执行对流质体的整平操作。同时,本申请实施例还提供了一种具有该摊铺装置的晒昂铺设机器人。相较于现有技术,本申请提供的摊铺装置及砂浆铺设机器人能在一个整体的水平标高内进行铺设,保证铺设整体的水平度以及流质体(砂浆层)的高差。
