The invention discloses a mortar elasticity regulator, a mortar paving material for a construction robot and application of the mortar paving material, belonging to the technical field of building materials. The mortar elasticity regulator is prepared from 20 to 24 weight percent of an allyl ether copolymer, 20 to 24 weight percent of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose ether, 32 to 42 weight percent of hydroxyethyl cellulose and 10 to 23 weight percent of redispersible latex powder. The mortar elasticity regulator is mixed with ordinary Portland cement, sand and a composite expanding agent to obtain the mortar paving material for the construction robot. The workability of the mortar paving material can be effectively improved; the mortar paving material is high in bonding force, and can effectively avoid the phenomena of falling and hollowing; the mortar paving material has low elasticity and can absorb expansion and shrinkage between a substrate and a ceramic tile, so the service life of the ceramic tile is prolonged; and the the mortar paving material has micro-expansion performance, so deformation caused by dry shrinkage or temperature reduction can be reduced.
