The invention discloses a planet gear lifting type stereoscopic parking lot which comprises a rotating mechanism and a garbage body. The rotating mechanism comprises a base used for supporting a mainshaft rotating machine. The base is arranged on the ground. The main shaft rotating machine is fixedly installed on the top of the base. The outer surface of an output shaft of the main shaft rotatingmachine is coaxially sleeved with a rotating frame. The rotating frame comprises a ring-shaped base. The ring-shaped base is coaxially arranged on the outer circumferential face of the output shaft of the main shaft rotating machine. Supporting arms are evenly distributed in the circumferential direction of the outer circle face of the ring-shaped base, and step shafts are integrally formed at the tail ends of the supporting arms. The small-diameter parts of the step shafts are provided with planet gears through bearings. A balance rotating machine is fixedly installed at the middle portion of a supporting arm, and a balance transmission gear is arranged at the tail end of the output shaft of the balance rotating machine.
