The system comprises parking equipment consisting of a parking area, a trailer, a comb device, a reversing device and a control device and external equipment consisting of a preparation area, an external trailer, an external comb device and an external control device. Constant-speed driving is that four driving rollers of a roller device of the trailer and four driving rollers of a roller device of the external trailer are identical in linear speed; right-angle steering is that the trailer of the parking equipment can achieve plane right-angle steering displacement; comb-tooth exchange is that a vehicle is subjected to position exchange between switching parking spaces and the trailer of the parking equipment, between the trailer of the parking equipment and parking spaces, between the switching parking spaces of the parking equipment and the external trailer of the external equipment and between the external trailer of the external equipment and temporary parking spaces, by utilization of the comb exchange technology of vertical movement by the inner frame and horizontalmovement by the outer frame. The system is flexibly arranged according to the actual site, and has high adaptability and practicability.
