The mounting and construction method comprises the following steps: an original door opening is measured, the size of a door is determined, and the original door opening is dismantled and altered according to the quickly-mounted door to be slightly larger than the quickly-mounted door in size; or the new door opening isconstructed according to a field available space and the size of the quickly-mounted door; two vertical door formworks and a transverse door formwork are connected through L-shaped connecting pieces to form a door mold; the assembled door mold is placed into a to-be-constructed position of the door opening, and the flatness in the horizontal direction is adjusted; self-tapping screws are mounted on the vertical door formworks in a hammered mode to fix the door mold onto a wall body; door mold angle iron is clamped into clamping groove positions of the vertical door formworks, and the door moldangle iron is fixedly connected with the wall body through the self-tapping screws; and a gap between the wall body and the door mold is filled with cement mortar. According to the mounting and construction method of the door opening, the door opening with the dimension error being smaller than 5 mm can be provided for the quickly-mounted door, and the dimension error of the door opening is greatly reduced.
