Large-span door opening construction method
The invention aims to provide a large-span door opening construction method which comprises the following steps: A, delimiting door opening beam positions on the front and rear side surfaces of a main wall needing to be provided with a large-span door opening, and digging an embedding groove; b, a plurality of through holes I are formed in the front side face and the rear side face of the inlaying groove located on the upper side, and a plurality of through holes II are formed in the front side face and the rear side face of the inlaying groove located on the lower side; c, channel steel is inlaid based on the inlaying grooves in the upper and lower sides, and the channel steel integrally covers the main wall between the inlaying grooves in the upper and lower sides; d, steel columns are inserted into the through holes I and the through holes II correspondingly, and the front ends and the rear ends of the steel columns are connected with the top face and the bottom face of the channel steel through welding; e, a door opening is dug in the main wall below the door opening beam, and the bottom of the door opening beam is reinforced through a steel plate; and F, cement paste is filled in the inlaying groove for leveling, and gaps among the channel steel, the steel column, the steel plate and the wall body are filled with the cement paste. The construction method is safer, and the manufactured door opening beam structure is firmer and more reliable.
本发明旨在提供一种大跨度门洞施工方法,包括以下步骤:A、在需要开设大跨度门洞的主墙的前后侧面上处划定门洞梁位置,开凿出镶嵌槽;B、在位于上侧的镶嵌槽的前后侧面上开凿多个通孔Ⅰ,在位于下侧的镶嵌槽的前后侧面上开凿多个通孔Ⅱ;C、基于上下侧的镶嵌槽镶嵌入槽钢,槽钢将上下侧的镶嵌槽之间的主墙整体覆盖;D、向通孔Ⅰ和通孔Ⅱ内分别插入钢柱,钢柱的前后端与槽钢的顶面和底面通过焊接连接;E、在门洞梁下方的主墙上开凿出门洞,在门洞梁底部用钢板加固;F、向镶嵌槽中填充水泥浆找平,水泥浆填充满槽钢、钢柱、钢板与墙体的缝隙。本发明施工方法更为安全,制成的门洞梁结构更为牢固可靠。
