The invention belongs to the technical field of glass production, and particularly relates to customized photochromic glass and a customized window with the same. The customized photochromic glass comprises a glass substrate, wherein a hollow cavity is formed in the glass substrate, the cavity wall of the hollow cavity is provided with a first wall surface and a second wall surface which are opposite to each other, and the first wall surface and the second wall surface are basically parallel to the plane of the glass substrate; a first conducting layer arranged in the hollow cavity and attached to the first wall surface; a second conducting layer arranged in the hollow cavity and attached to the second wall surface, wherein the second conducting layer and the first conducting layer are arranged at intervals; an electrochromic layer arranged in the hollow cavity and clamped between the first conductive layer and the second conductive layer; and a photochromic film layer arranged on at least one side plate plane of the glass substrate. According to the technical scheme, the problems that existing glass is single in color changing function and monotonous in appearance are solved.
