The invention provides an electrochromic device, photochromic glass and a photochromic window, and belongs to the field of electrochromism. The electrochromic device comprises a first substrate layer, a first conductive layer, an electrochromic layer, a second conductive layer and a second substrate layer which are stacked in sequence. A first bus bar is arranged on the first conductive layer, and a second bus bar is arranged on the second conductive layer; the edge of the first conductive layer is provided with a U-shaped first etching line and at least one third etching line. And/or the edge of the second conductive layer is provided with a U-shaped second etching line and at least one fourth etching line. According to the electrochromic device, the third etching lines are arranged at the two ends of the first etching line, the initial color changing position of the second color changing area is adjusted through the third etching lines, the difference of the color changing rate on the same side of the electrochromic device is weakened, and therefore the uniformity of the electrochromic device in the color changing process from top to bottom is improved.
