The invention relates to a method for rapidly filling sealed glass doors and windows with a polyurethane sealant. The method mainly comprises following multiple process steps: base surface cleaning, glue spray coating, modification operation and protective processing, a used sealant spray coating device comprises a U-shaped plate, a lifting plate, a translation device and a spray coating device. The method can solve following problems during spray coating of existing glass sealant: a, when traditional doors and windows are sealed, a handheld glue gun is used for spray coating generally, most of the existing glue guns adopt a push rod to drive a push plate to extrude the sealant, then the glue is sprayed out through a spray nozzle, according to the main pushing mode of the approach dependson hand extrusion to produce pressure, and hands are easily tired after the spray coating continues for a long time; and b, according to an existing glue spraying machine, accurate positioning is noteasily realized, glue waste caused by incorrect glue spraying position is easily caused, furthermore, the phenomenon of non-uniform coating is easily produced, and therefore, the spray coating efficiency of the sealant can be increased.
本发明涉及一种采用聚氨酯密封胶快速填充密封玻璃门窗的方法,主要包括以下步骤,基面清理、胶水喷涂、修饰作业以及保护处理等多种工序,使用到的密封胶喷涂设备包括U型板、升降装置、平移装置和喷涂装置,本发明可以解决现有玻璃密封胶喷涂时存在的以下难题,a,传统的玻璃门窗密封时,一般是利用手持式的胶枪进行喷涂,现行的胶枪大多是利用推杆带动推板对密封胶进行挤压,然后通过喷嘴喷出,这种方式主要的推动方式是依靠手部的挤压而产生压力,喷涂持续时间长了之后容易产生疲劳;b,现有的喷胶机器不容易实现精确定位,容易造成喷胶位置不对,形成胶料的浪费,并且容易出现涂布不均的现象,能够提高密封胶的喷涂效率。
