The invention discloses a construction method for enabling a shield tunneling machine to pass through a concrete diaphragm wall to cross a station. The method comprises the following steps: step I ofstopping to maintain pressure while the shield tunneling machine tunnels to a position which is 10 m in front of a first even wall for crossing the station; step II of performing first even wall construction; step III of enabling the shield tunneling machine to pass through the first even wall; step IV of enabling the shield tunneling machine to tunnel to cross the station, and assembling duct pieces for through seams; step V of performing second even wall construction; step VI of enabling the shield tunneling machine to pass through a second even wall; step VII of enabling the shield tunneling machine to continuously tunnel to a shield region to accomplish construction; and step VIII of enabling the shield tunneling machine to pass through a station main body structure to construct. The construction method has the beneficial effects of being convenient to operate, short in construction period, safe and economical, capable of solving the problem that starting and receiving conditions cannot be provided for the shield tunneling machine as the station cannot meet construction conditions under influences of land requisition and demolishing. The shield region can be firstly through, and then, the station is constructed, so that construction practicability is high, and therefore, the construction method can be widely applied to construction of a city subway shield tunnel.
