The invention provides a construction method for a shield machine to underneath pass through an underground continuous wall. The construction method for the shield machine to underneath pass through the underground continuous wall comprises the following steps: S1) determining a construction location of the underground continuous wall to be underneath passed through, and controlling the shield machine to run to a location at a first given distance from the construction location and stopping; S2) performing grooving construction at the construction location of the underground continuous wall tobe underneath passed through to form an underground continuous wall construction groove; S3) continuing to excavate in the depth direction along the underground continuous wall construction groove toa preset digging depth, and placing a steel reinforcement cage in the underground continuous wall construction groove, wherein the connecting ribs of the steel reinforcement cage at the location forunderneath passing are cut off; S4) pouring concrete into the underground continuous wall construction groove placed with the steel reinforcement cage to form an underground continuous wall; and S5) detecting the solidification strength of the concrete in the underground continuous wall construction groove, and controlling the shield machine to underneath pass through the underground continuous wall when the solidification strength reaches a first solidification threshold. The construction method provided by the invention avoids the problem of serious wear of the cutter head of the shield machine caused by the excessive hardness of the underground continuous wall; the cutter is not required to change when the underground continuous wall is passed through underneath, which solves the problem of high cost of changing the cutter.
本发明提供一种盾构机下穿地连墙的施工方法,包括:S1)确定待下穿地连墙的施工位置,操控盾构机运行至距所述施工位置第一给定距离处停机;S2)在所述待下穿地连墙的施工位置处执行成槽施工,形成地连墙施工槽;S3)沿地连墙施工槽朝纵深方向继续开挖至预设挖掘深度,向地连墙施工槽内安放钢筋笼,其中钢筋笼上待下穿位置处的连接筋已被剪除;S4)向安放有钢筋笼的地连墙施工槽内浇筑混凝土,形成地连墙;S5)检测地连墙施工槽内混凝土的凝固强度,待凝固强度达到第一凝固阈值,操控盾构机下穿地连墙。本发明提供的施工方法,避免了因地连墙硬度过硬而造成的盾构机刀盘磨损严重的问题,且下穿地连墙时无需换刀,解决了换刀成本高昂的问题。
