The invention provides pervious concrete which comprises recycled concrete superfine powder, recycled concrete particles, cement, natural medium sand, reinforcing fibers and water, and the specific surface area of the recycled concrete superfine powder ranges from 450 m < 2 >/kg to 700 m < 2 >/kg. The recycled concrete particles are continuous graded mixtures, the minimum particle size of the recycled concrete particles ranges from 1 mm to 10 mm, and the maximum particle size of the recycled concrete particles ranges from 15 mm to 30 mm; and the fineness modulus of the natural medium sand is 2.3 to 3.0. Through cooperative use of the raw materials with different particle sizes, the pervious concrete provided by the invention has strength and porosity meeting construction requirements.
