The pervious concrete is prepared from the following raw materials: cement, fly ash, fine aggregate, coarse aggregate, a water reducing agent, carbon nanotube modified carbon fibers, hydrophobic modified hydroxyethyl cellulose and water, wherein the particle size of the fine aggregate is 3.5 to 4.75 mm, the particle size of the coarse aggregate is 4.76 to 9.5 mm, and the water cement ratio of the pervious concrete is 0.2 to 0.25. According to the invention, by designing the continuous size fraction aggregate and then matching the continuous size fraction aggregate with the carbon nanotube modified carbon fiber and the hydrophobic modified hydroxyethyl cellulose, the prepared pervious concrete not only has excellent compressive strength (greater than 60 MPa) and permeation coefficient (greater than 4 mm/S), but also has excellent anti-clogging performance, and when the pervious concrete is applied to pavement construction, not only can the pavement repairing cost be reduced, but also the service life of the pavement is prolonged. And rapid development of urban pavement construction can be promoted.
