The invention belongs to the technical field of terrace materials, and particularly relates to a terrace material and a preparation method and application thereof. The terrace material comprises a component A and a component B which are independently subpackaged. The component A comprises an HDI tripolymer curing agent; the component B is prepared from the following components, by mass: 45 to 55 parts of polyaspartic acid ester resin, 0.5-2 parts of a dispersing agent, 0.3 to 1 part of a leveling agent, 0.5-2 parts of a defoaming agent, 0.5 to 2 parts of an anti-settling agent, 5-10 parts of awater absorbent, 0.5 to 2 parts of a conductive fiber, 0.05 to 0.2 part of single-walled carbon nanotube, 5 to 10 parts of toner, and 30-40 parts of a filler; the mass ratio of the component A to thecomponent B is 1: 3. Experimental data show that the wear resistance of the terrace material provided by the invention is as low as 0.01g under the condition of 750g/500r; the surface resistance andthe volume resistance are both 1*10< 6 >-1*10 < 8 > ohms, and the antistatic performance is excellent.
