Rapid construction method for deep hard rock member bored pile
The invention relates to the technical field of subway pile foundation construction, and discloses a rapid construction method for a deep hard rock member bored pile. The method comprises the following steps of calculating a specific position of a pile foundation according to a measurement control point and a construction network diagram of a construction site, performing soil layer tunneling in aconstruction area on the specific position through a rotary drilling rig to obtain a pile pit, burying a steel casing in the pile pit, shaping a pile hole of the pile foundation through the steel casing, stabilizing a hole opening of the pile hole, and then drilling a hard rock stratum in the pile hole by adopting a down-the-hole hammer, wherein a power head of the down-the-hole hammer is drivenby high-pressure air produced by an air compressor so as to drive a drill rod and a down-the-hole hammer head to conduct moderate bit pressure and rotary rock drilling, and the hitting position of thedown-the-hole hammer can be continuously changed to reach the effect of quickly crushing the rock. Based on the mode, the impact frequency to the pile hole excavation is high while the stroke is low,the phenomena of hole deviation and hole collapse caused by collision of a drill bit to the hole wall can be avoided, the crushing degree of the impact to the hard rock stratum is high, and the pileexcavation efficiency is greatly improved.
本发明涉及地铁桩基施工技术领域,公开了一种深厚硬岩段钻孔桩快速施工方法,通过根据测量控制点和施工现场的施工网图,计算出桩基的具体位置后,通过旋挖钻机队具体位置上的施工区域进行土层掘进得到桩坑,并在桩坑中埋设钢护筒,通过钢护筒对桩基的桩孔进行固形和稳定桩孔的孔口,然后采用潜孔锤对桩孔中的硬岩层进行钻进,潜孔锤在空压机产生的高压空气带动下动力头带动钻杆及潜孔锤头进行适度的钻压与回转钻岩石,又能使潜孔锤击打位置不停的变化,达到快速破碎岩石的作用,基于这种方式来实现对桩孔挖掘的冲击频率高且冲程低,可以避免钻头对孔壁的碰撞出现偏孔、孔坍塌的现象,并且冲击对硬岩层的破碎程度强,大大提高了挖桩的效率。
