The invention discloses a silt cleaning system for a channel gate. The system comprises a sand inlet pipe, a conveying pipe, a sand discharging pipe and a filter pond. The sand inlet pipe comprises ahose, a sand sucking head and a buoy. One end of the hose is fixedly connected to the sand sucking head, the upper surface of the hose is movably connected to the buoy through a string while the otherend of the hose is fixedly connected to the conveying pipe, and the conveying pipe comprises a pipe body and a first drainage pipe.
