The invention provides a food residue filtering device. The food residue filtering device comprises a barrel, wherein a first filtering device and a second filtering device are arranged in the barrelfrom the upper end to the lower end respectively; the first filtering device comprises a first filtering net and an outer frame surrounding the edge of the first filtering net; the second filtering device comprises a second filtering net and an outer frame surrounding the edge of the second filtering net; the outer frames are made of stainless steel; the filtering pore diameter of the second filtering net is smaller than that of the first filtering net; and a circle of 3M double-faced adhesive tape is arranged at a port of the lower end of the barrel. When the food residue filtering device isarranged on the upper side of a water outlet of a water tank, wastewater can be filtered twice, the first filtering net is used for coarse filtration, the second filtering net is used for fine filtration, and large food residues in the filtered wastewater are fewer, so that the risk that the water outlet of the water tank is blocked is reduced.
