The invention relates to a construction method of a sewage pipe in a hard rock traversing petroleum pipeline area. The construction method comprises the following steps of excavating soil layers manually (the excavating range comprises two sides of a petroleum pipeline and the soil layers are as deep as a designed elevation of the sewage pipe); carrying out hauling with I-shaped steel and a chainblock on the petroleum pipeline and wrapping reinforced concrete; drilling rocks on two sides of the petroleum pipeline through with a water drill one by one at the bottom of the petroleum pipeline toform through holes; mounting the sewage pipe; casting concrete; and backfilling the soil layers. By wrapping two sides of the petroleum pipeline with reinforced concrete, perturbation to the soil layers around the petroleum pipeline can be reduced, and meanwhile, accidents due to massive petroleum leakage can be prevented. By drilling the hard rock with the water drill, sparks caused by mechanical excavation can be prevented to the maximum extent, and meanwhile, perturbation to the petroleum pipeline can be reduced, so that the construction method is of great safety in use.
