The invention relates to a prefabricated building stair installation construction method, in particular to a prefabricated building stair installation construction lifting appliance. The prefabricatedbuilding stair installation construction lifting appliance specifically comprises bearing plate components, connecting rod components, anti-collision mechanisms and a series-connected rod component;two ends of the series-connected rod component are both connected with the bearing plate components; two connecting rod components are arranged on each bearing plate component; and two anti-collisionmechanisms are also arranged on each bearing plate component. The lifting appliance involved in the method provided by the invention can perform auxiliary lifting and transporting when a prefabricatedstair is installed and constructed, has general applicability on the stairs produced by different moulds; moreover, the reliability of the lifting appliance is greatly improved; and the risk in a lifting and transporting operation is reduced to the greatest extent.
