The invention discloses a marine water surface garbage sorting device. The marine water surface garbage sorting device comprises a temporary garbage storage room used for storing water surface garbagecollected by a garbage collection device; a garbage separation device used for separating mixed garbage transmitted from the temporary garbage storage room into multiple independent garbage; a garbage identification device used for identifying the independent garbage separated by the garbage separation device; a transmission device used for transmitting the garbage identified by the garbage identification device; and a garbage sorting device arranged at one side or both sides of the transmission device and used for sorting the garbage identified by the garbage identification device and sorting the garbage into correspondingly classified garbage storage buckets. The marine water surface garbage sorting device provided by the invention can well classify the water surface garbage collected by the garbage collection device and store the garbage in a classified manner to avoid the mixed transportation of the garbage.
