The invention relates to a plastic runway solvent-free single-component finishing paint and a preparation process thereof. The invention relates to the technical field of plastic runways. The formulacomprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-50 parts of waterborne polyurethane acrylate, 18-22 parts of a reactive diluent, 6-10 parts of an antifreeze agent, 10-14 parts of a harmful substance adsorbent, 4-8 parts of a flow promoter, 0.6-1 part of a photoinitiator, 3-7 parts of a pigment, 1-3 parts of castor oil, 1-3 parts of an anionic surfactant and 1-3 parts of a nonionic surfactant. By adding the antifreeze agent, snow water infiltrating into the plastic particles of the runway is prevented from being frozen again, so that the runway is prevented from frost cracking, andthe service life of the plastic runway is prolonged.
