The invention discloses a spiral combined type adjustable bridge support which comprises a first height adjusting device and a second height adjusting device, the first height adjusting device comprises an upper adjusting piece and a lower adjusting piece, and the upper adjusting piece and the lower adjusting piece are in threaded connection. The second height adjusting device comprises an adjusting block, the adjusting block is located between the upper adjusting piece and the lower adjusting piece, and the contact face, attached to the upper adjusting piece, of the adjusting block and/or thecontact face, attached to the lower adjusting piece, of the adjusting block are/is an inclined face so that the distance between the upper adjusting piece and the lower adjusting piece can be changedwhen the adjusting block moves. The first height adjusting device adjusts the height through threaded connection, and then the settlement amount and the construction error of a foundation are compensated for coarse adjustment. In the second height adjusting device, a small amount of stepless height adjustment can be achieved by moving an adjusting block, and fine adjustment is achieved. Moreover,the adjusting block is located between the upper adjusting piece and the lower adjusting piece to play a role in bearing, and the threads between the upper adjusting piece and the lower adjusting piece have a safety storage function, so that the safety of the support is improved.
