The invention relates to a sunshade capable of reducing impact force of an overhead falling object. The sunshade comprises a wall-attached frame and a piece of awning cloth; the wall-attached frame comprises a rotating sleeve and a rotating shaft, a first connecting rod is arranged at the front end of the awning cloth, a push rod motor is arranged on the wall-attached frame, a buffer layer is arranged on the rotating shaft, and a driving motor connected with the rotating sleeve is arranged in the rotating sleeve. The sunshade capable of reducing impact force of the overhead falling object of the invention has the advantages that the buffer layer is arranged below the awning cloth such that the impact force of the overhead falling object on the awning cloth can be effectively reduced when the object falls from high altitude, the phenomenon that the awning cloth is punctured is reduced, and the harm caused by the overhead falling object is avoided; and further, the rotating sleeve is driven to rotate through the driving motor, and the rotating sleeve drives the rotating shaft to rotate through a transmission assembly, such that the awning cloth and the buffer layer can be synchronously rolled and unreeled.
