The method comprises the following processes: firstly, hanging rack component manufacturing technological process: S1, scribing on a finished square pipe according to a component; S2, cutting and blanking by a cutting machine; S3, grinding by a grinding machine; S4, cutting of an opening at the top of a vertical rod; S5, punching and polishing at the end part of angle steel; S6, welding between a top hanging piece steel plate and the vertical rod; S7, welding at the bent part of the vertical rod; S8, welding betweena transverse rod and the vertical rod; S9, welding between an extrusion square pipe and the bottom of the vertical rod; S10, welding between the angle steel and the extension square pipe; S11, welding between a lifting lug and the square pipe at the bent position of the vertical rod; and S12, wrapping of a plasticized steel mesh outside a hanging rack. Materials of all the components are easy toobtain, the manufacturing process is simple, popularization is easy, mounting and dismounting steps are simple, operators can master operation proficiently only by simple training, steel pipes are adopted for erecting and maintaining after floor construction is completed, the hanging rack is immediately moved to the upper layer by a tower crane, recycling can be realized, the materials are saved,and the engineering cost is reduced.
