Pouring type self-insulation building wallboard and preparing method
The invention provides a pouring type self-insulation building wallboard and a preparing method. The preparing method includes the steps of preparing a cement material for pouring first; designing a mold box for pouring, smearing the prepared mold box with a release agent and then laying a layer of fiberglass gridding cloth, performing pouring and flat-scraping on the bottom of the mold box and then laying a layer of fiberglass gridding cloth and a self-insulation core board first, then performing pouring and flat-scraping on a joint of the mold box and the self-insulation core board and thenlaying a layer of fiberglass gridding cloth, finally performing pouring and flat-scraping on the top of the mold box and laying a layer of fiberglass gridding cloth, and then conveying the mold box into a rolling frame to be rolled flat; conveying the flat-rolled cement material to a curing kiln to be cured, and performing demolding after the cement material and the fiberglass gridding cloth are completely mixed; and piling up demolded self-insulation building wall board bodies to prepare the finished product the pouring type self-insulation building wallboard. The problems that a wallboard ofa traditional structure is prone to catching a fire, falling off and leaking water are solved, meanwhile energy conservation, environmental protection and cost conservation are better realized, and the functions of sound insulation, thermal insulation, fire prevention and flame retardance are realized.
本发明提供一种浇注式自保温建筑墙板及制备方法,其步骤为:首先制成浇筑用水泥料;设计出浇筑用模具箱,将脱模剂涂抹在制作好的模具箱上铺一层玻纤维网格布,首先对模具箱的底部进行浇筑并刮平铺一层玻纤维网格布和自保温芯板,再对模具箱与自保温芯板的缝隙处进行浇筑并刮平铺一层玻纤维网格布,最后对模具箱顶部进行浇筑刮平铺一层玻纤维网格布,然后将模具箱运送到滚压架中滚压平;将滚压平的水泥料运至养护窑养护,待水泥料与玻纤维网格布完全混合后进行脱模;将脱模后的自保温建筑墙板垛在一起,制成成品自保温建筑墙板。本发明解决了传统构造容易着火、脱落、漏水的问题,同时更节能、环保、节约成本,且具有隔音保温、防火阻燃的功能。
