High-performance injection-molded post-sintered permanent magnetic ferrite magnet and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of permanent magnet production. The invention aims to solve the problem that the existing permanent magnetic ferrite is difficult to give consideration tohigh magnetic performance, low cost, multi-pole orientation and complex forming shape and structure. The invention provides a high-performance injection-molded post-sintered permanent magnetic ferritemagnet and a preparation method thereof. The permanent magnetic ferrite magnet is prepared from, by weight, 87-95% of permanent magnetic ferrite magnetic powder, 0.1-1.0% of a surface modifier, 0.3-1.2% of a coupling agent, 4-12% of a composite binder and 0.1-1.0% of a flow aid. The permanent magnetic ferrite magnet is obviously higher than an existing injection-molded permanent magnetic ferritemagnet, can keep the advantages that the existing injection molding permanent magnetic ferrite magnet is prone to forming complex parts in shape and structure and prone to multi-pole orientation, andthe application range of the injection-molded permanent magnetic ferrite magnet can be greatly widened; and the high-performance injection-molded post-sintered permanent magnetic ferrite magnet is widely applied to the fields of electronic water pump rotors, automobile motor rotors, high-end household appliance motor rotors, induction magnetic rings and the like.
