The invention belongs to the technical field of sintered permanent magnetic ferrite preparation, and provides a preparation method of injection-molded complex-shape low-pressure sintered permanent magnetic ferrite, which comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a permanent magnetic ferrite master batch for injection molding; (2) performing injection molding on the master batch under the condition of applying an orientation magnetic field; and (3) putting the obtained green body into a low-pressure sintering furnace, heating to 300-600 DEG C under the condition of continuous vacuumizing, carrying out degumming treatment, stopping vacuumizing, heating to 1100-1250 DEG C, filling nitrogen or argon until the pressure in the furnace is 2-5 MPa, carrying out low-pressure sintering, and after sintering is completed, cooling to room temperature along with the furnace, thereby obtaining the high-strength silicon carbide ceramic. According to the preparation method, the problems of low magnetic performance, insufficient mechanical strength and the like of the existing bonded permanent magnetic ferrite can be solved, the problem that the existing preparation method of the sintered magnet cannot meet the design requirements of high-performance small complex special-shaped permanent magnetic ferrite products can also be solved, and the preparation of the high-magnetic-performance complex-shaped sintered permanent magnetic ferrite is realized.
本发明属于烧结永磁铁氧体制备技术领域,提供了一种注射成型复杂形状低压烧结永磁铁氧体的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)制备注射成型用永磁铁氧体母料;(2)在施加取向磁场的条件下将所述母料注射成型;(3)将所得生坯置于低压烧结炉中,在持续抽真空的条件下升温至300~600℃进行脱胶处理,停止抽真空,升温至1100~1250℃,充入氮气或氩气至炉内压强为2~5MPa进行低压烧结,烧结完成后,随炉冷却至室温,即得。本发明可解决现有粘接永磁铁氧体存在的磁性能不高、机械强度不够等问题,还可以解决现有烧结磁体的制备方法无法满足高性能小型复杂异形永磁铁氧体产品设计的要求的问题,实现了高磁性能复杂形状烧结永磁铁氧体的制备。
