The invention discloses a novel microwave dielectric ceramic capable of being sintered at low temperature, which has the chemical composition of SrZnV2O7 and adopts SrCO3, ZnO and NH4VO3 as raw materials. The preparation method comprises the following steps: proportioning according to a stoichiometric ratio, carrying out ball milling, drying, sieving and presintering at 625 DEG C, and carrying outsecondary ball milling, drying, granulating, molding and sintering at 730-760 DEG C to obtain the microwave dielectric ceramic capable of being sintered at low temperature. The microwave dielectric ceramic provided by the invention is low in sintering temperature, has a dielectric constant of 10.96-11.78 and a quality factor of 48475-56666GHz, is simple in preparation process, and has a wide application prospect in industry.
本发明公开了一种新型可低温烧结的微波介质陶瓷,其化学组成为SrZnVO,采用SrCO、ZnO和NHVO为原料。制备方法为:先按化学计量比进行配料,经球磨、烘干、过筛,于625℃预烧,再经二次球磨、烘干、造粒、成型,于730~760℃烧结,制成可低温烧结的微波介质陶瓷。本发明提供了一种烧结温度低,介电常数为10.96~11.78,品质因数为48475~56664GHz的微波介质陶瓷,其制备工艺简单,在工业上具有广阔的应用前景。
