The invention discloses a preparation method of an asphalt-based carbon fiber felt thermal insulation cylinder, which comprises the following steps: carrying out resin spraying pretreatment on soft felt, applying pressure to the soft felt under the assistance of a cloth belt, winding on a forming mould, fastening on the outer surface of the soft felt by using a mould hoop to obtain a blank of thethermal insulation cylinder, curing the blank of the thermal insulation cylinder in a drying oven, putting the cured thermal insulation cylinder blank into a vacuum furnace, carrying out carbonizationtreatment, machining the obtained blank according to drawing requirements to obtain a thermal insulation cylinder prefabricated body, coating the surface of the thermal insulation cylinder prefabricated body with a carbon/carbon composite coating, putting the thermal insulation cylinder prefabricated body into the drying oven and a vacuum furnace for curing and carbonizing the coating, and coating, curing and carbonizing the surface of the prefabricated body again to finish the manufacturing of the asphalt-based carbon fiber felt insulation cylinder product. According to the preparation method of the thermal insulation cylinder, the product density and quality can be controlled, and the surface coating is adopted, so that the product has better erosion resistance and oxidation resistance,and the service life of the thermal insulation cylinder can be prolonged.
本发明公开了一种沥青基炭纤维毡保温筒的制备方法,包括:对软毡进行喷淋树脂预处理,通过布带辅助对软毡施加压力,并绕设于成型胎具上,再用胎具箍紧固在软毡的外表面,获得保温筒的毛坯;保温筒的毛坯放入烘箱固化;固化后的保温筒毛坯放入真空炉中炭化处理;获得的所述毛坯按照图纸要求进行机械加工,得到保温筒预制体;将保温筒预制体的表面涂覆炭/炭复合涂料,并放入烘箱、真空炉进行涂料的固化、炭化处理;再次对预制体表面进行涂层、固化、炭化操作,沥青基炭纤维毡保温筒产品制作完成。本发明保温筒的制备方法,可使产品密度和质量可控;采用表面涂层,使产品具有更好的抗侵蚀及抗氧化性能,可提高保温筒的使用寿命。
