The invention discloses a preparation method of an aerogel heat preservation felt and the aerogel heat preservation felt. According to the technical scheme, the preparation method comprises the following preparation steps that a, aerogel particles are sprayed to the surface of a felt, negative pressure adsorption is conducted on the reverse side of the felt through negative pressure equipment, and the aerogel particles can enter the felt deeper; b, a phenolic resin solution is sprayed on the surface of the felt adsorbed with the aerogel particles by using a spraying device, and a negative pressure device is started at the same time to fix the aerogel particles inside and on the surface of the felt; and c, the felt in the step b is dried by using microwave equipment. The aerogel heat preservation felt comprises a layer of heat preservation felt with aerogel or a multi-layer composite heat preservation felt formed by bonding and connecting a plurality of layers of heat preservation felts with aerogel. According to the scheme provided by the invention, the production cost is low, the production period is short, powder falling is effectively prevented, and the heat preservation felt has the properties of heat insulation, fire prevention, noise reduction and hydrophobicity.
