Polymer cement-based material as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention provides a polymer cement-based material as well as a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of building materials. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing a mixed solution of an initiating system and an acrylate monomer with a cement-based material, and making the acrylate monomer carry out in-situ polymerization in the cement-based material to form another network interlaced with a cement hydration product, thereby obtaining the in-situ polymerized polymer cement-based material. The method is simple and convenient tooperate, and in-situ polymerization of the acrylate monomer is carried out in a cement-based system, so that the compatibility between two networks of the polymer-based cement is ensured, and the polymer cement-based material with interpenetrating interlaced network characteristics is obtained. The polymer cement-based material has high flexural strength and adjustable setting time while the compressive strength is not affected. The polymer cement-based material can be applied to 3D printing, dam construction, wall plate manufacturing and concrete pavement slab manufacturing.
本发明提供了一种聚合物水泥基材料及其制备方法与应用,属于建筑材料技术领域。其制备方法包括:将引发体系与丙烯酸盐单体的混合溶液与水泥基材料混合并使所述丙烯酸盐单体在所述水泥基材料中进行原位聚合,形成交织于水泥水化产物的另一网络,得到原位聚合的聚合物水泥基材料。此方法操作简单、方便,通过在水泥基体系中进行丙烯酸盐单体的原位聚合,从而保证聚合物基水泥两个网络之间的相容性,得到具有互贯交织网络特征的聚合物水泥基材料。上述聚合物水泥基材料在不影响抗压强度的同时具有较高的抗折强度,凝结时间可调节。上述聚合物水泥基材料可用于3D打印、大坝建设、墙体板材或混凝土路面板等的制作。
