Construction method for high-speed rail roadbed arching treatment
The invention relates to the technical field of railway disease treatment construction, and concretely relates to a construction method for high-speed rail roadbed arching treatment. The method is used for arching the roadbed, and comprises the following steps: manually excavating working grooves in the two sides of a monolithic track bed in the line direction at the upper floating section of themonolithic track bed in order to make the monolithic track bed separated from a road shoulder and an inter-line sealing layer; cutting a cemented graded broken stone layer under the monolithic track bed in a segmented mode through a rope saw, and ejecting out the graded broken stone layer in a segmented mode in the vertical direction of a line through a hydraulic jack; temporarily supporting the monolithic track bed by using spiral jacking to enable the monolithic track bed to be in a suspended state; and finally, using a mechanical jack and a spiral jack to jack the falling track, and pouringconcrete under the monolithic track bed for filling to complete falling track fine adjustment work. The method has the advantages of low requirements on construction equipment, small human input, scientific and effective construction sequence, and capabilities of reducing pollution, saving cost, improving working efficiency and effectively realizing roadbed disease treatment. The method is mainlyapplied to the aspect of high-speed railway roadbed disease treatment.
