The invention belongs to the technical field of asphalt waste cleaning, and particularly relates to a waste recycling device for green building construction. The device comprises a push frame and a crushing device, and is low in manufacturing cost, capable of efficiently crushing asphalt paved pavements, large in area of crushing the pavements once, and relatively small in crushed asphalt particles; under the condition that the device does not work, the crushing hemisphere is higher than the ground and does not collide with the ground; the situation that when the device does not work, in the process that a user moves and transfers the device, the crushing hemisphere collides with the ground to smash a good road surface is prevented; according to the device, a balancing weight is designed on the inner side of a sliding block, so that the arm of force of a swing mechanism located on the lower side is longer than that of a swing mechanism located on the upper side; and compared with a traditional arm of force with the same length, the power required for rotation of the crushing unit in the device is smaller.
